How to use 

How to Use Your bbold Menstrual Disc 

Insertion Instructions 

Sterilize: Boil the disc in hot water for 3-5 minutes before first use and between cycles. 
Wash Hands: Ensure clean hands before handling the disc. 
Fold & Insert: Squeeze the disc into an 8-shape and gently insert it at an angle, positioning it past the pubic bone so it sits securely. 

Tip: Once correctly placed, you won’t feel the disc, and you're good to go! 

Removal Process 

Wash Hands & Relax: Find a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg raised). 

Hook & Pull: Insert a clean finger, hook under the front rim, and gently pull it out. 

Empty & Clean: Dispose of the fluid in the toilet, rinse the disc with warm water and mild soap. 

Sterilize & Store: If your cycle is over, sterilize the disc and store it in its breathable case.
