• Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water. 

• Choose a comfortable fold technique for your cup (C-fold, punch-down, 7-fold, or triangle fold). 

• Find a comfortable position—sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg elevated. 

• Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, directing it toward your tailbone, not straight up. 

• Once inside, the cup should pop open. Rotate it slightly or run a finger around the rim to ensure its fully open. 

• Check that the cup has created a proper seal by gently tugging on the stem—you should feel slight resistance. 

• Enjoy leak-free protection for up to 8-12 hours (depending on your flow and cup size). 

Removal Process 

• Always wash your hands thoroughly before removal. 

• Find a comfortable position—squatting often works best as it shortens the vaginal canal. 

• Relax your muscles to make removal easier. 

• Insert your thumb and index finger into your vagina until you can feel the base of the cup.
